Brazilian judo - Jiu-jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) like judo, is a self-defense martial art focuses on ground fighting using grappling techniques. It promotes the principle that smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger well- armed/armoured assailant ( against ancient samurai then in Japan ) using leverage technique such as joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat them.

Milla Jovovich (born in December 1975) of Ukrainian-Russian descent is a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu "martial art" exponent currently an American supermodel, actress, musician and fashion designer. She has appeared in a number of science fiction and action themed films such as Return to Blue Lagoon (1991), The Fifth Element (1997), The Messenger: The Story of Joan of Arc (1999), Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004) and Resident Evil: Extinction (2007).
