The staggering/shocking statistic of Americans which represents 25% of world populations has only 2% of world oil reserve. Such lopsided or imbalance oil economics indicator posed an economy and political crisis for a country which depend on this black gold - commodity to oil it's economic wheel of growth.

As a matter of fact 95% of the world oil reserves are nationalized and under direct controlled of local state government such as Veneuzela, Russia and China
